In early 2014, the Maldives government introduced new regulations for foreign visiting yachts. Previously, foreign yachts were only allowed to stay for 90 days, but this has now been extended to 180 days or more, making it a more attractive cruising destination for large charter yachts. Here are a a couple of yachts which will be in the Maldives later this year.

She has spent the last 12 months in Thailand, is heading to Myanmar and Sri Lanka for October-November, and then moving south to the Maldives in December, before returning to the Mediterranean for the summer of 2015.
