Trinity Yachts LLC expands its services and announces the planned acquisition of International Yacht Collection
Friday, May 18, 2007: Trinity Yachts, LLC (Trinity) and International Yacht Collection (IYC) have announced today that they have signed a Letter of Intent for Trinity to acquire IYC. This acquisition will expand Trinity’s capabilities and enable it to offer its clients the entire range of yachting services: new construction, repairs, brokerage, charter management, retail charter, yacht management, and crew placement. It is expected that the purchase should be completed by July 1, 2007.

LADY MOURA Aground at Cannes Film Festival
We have unconfimed reports that the 105 meter Lady Moura is aground off the entrance of Port Canto in Cannes. She has a port list of about five degrees and is leaking fuel. Local authorities have been trying to disperse the diesel using boats with outboard engines but are now deploying a boom. Guests and luggage are being off-loaded. More when we hear it.
