Following the buzz and excitement of the Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix, both which took place just a couple of weeks ago, it seems that the French Riviera, and in particular Monaco, is not quite ready for a rest yet. The 52nd Monte Carlo Television Festival is now in full swing until 14th June and it is raking in the celebrities and the tourists.
Although it is not as well known as the Cannes Festival, this event is nothing short of glamour, red carpet and international TV stars. With lavish parties being thrown every night for the actors, producers and the media, there is certainly a fun and magical atmosphere in Monte Carlo. With actors competing for a prestigious Golden Nymph award at the prize giving which will be held on Thursday, the stars are passing their time walking the red carpet, partying hard and of course, relaxing on their luxury yachts!
With the beautiful Monte Carlo harbour once again full of stunning super yachts, home to the most VIP parties held by the rich and famous, and what with private screenings of new, up and coming international TV shows, it is no wonder that this is considered one of the most glamorous event in the Principality!
