Aside from the A-listers and nonstop summer events, the town itself is set in stunning surroundings, with views across the bay to the Maures mountains. The bustling Pampelonne beach is home to perhaps the most famous restaurant on the whole of the French Riviera, St Tropez’s Club 55, where you can enjoy the local Rose wine before checking out the hedonistic lifestyle of Nikki beach later in the evening.

Port Grimaud

On the north shore of the Golfe de Saint-Tropez lies Port Grimaud, a truly unique village in a Venetian style designed so that each house could have it’s own personal boat mooring at the end of their garden. The village is made up of four islands, linked by canals and bridges, and visitors to this charming and popular town can explore it by barge or by chartering a small day boat. Charter a Yacht in Monaco and Don’t Miss Out on The Monte Carlo Television Festival

Following the buzz and excitement of the Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix, both which took place just a couple of weeks ago, it seems that the French Riviera, and in particular Monaco, is not quite ready for a rest yet. The 52^nd Monte Carlo Television Festival is now in full swing until 14^th June and it is raking in the celebrities and the tourists.

Although it is not as well known as the Cannes Festival, this event is nothing short of glamour, red carpet and international TV stars. With lavish parties being thrown every night for the actors, producers and the media, there is certainly a fun and magical atmosphere in Monte Carlo. With actors competing for a prestigious Golden Nymph award at the prize giving which will be held on Thursday, the stars are passing their time walking the red carpet, partying hard and of course, relaxing on their luxury yachts!
