A Day in the Life of an Intern, Part VII

This blog continues the ‘day in the life’ series, as an intern at Boatbookings. Without a doubt one of the best days so far was Friday 27th May when I accompanied Charter Broker Ben on a broker sailing day around Cap D’Antibes.

We started our day in Port Gallice in Juan les Pins, where we were picked up by the tenders. 2 minutes out of the port we came across the 8 stunning sailing yachts which were anchored off the coast for the day. Highlights of the Cannes Film Festival

Today marks the end of the 69th Cannes Film Festival and what a celebration it has been! The French Riviera has come alive and welcomed some of the biggest names in the world of film and television, not to mention the most famous celebrities in the world. If you didn’t have chance to make it to Cannes, we have put together our favourite parts from this year.

Cannes You Believe The Celebrities?

Cannes is the most exciting place to be this week, with the vibrant and prestigious film festival in full swing! A-listers have flocked to this glamorous location for premieres, after parties and celebrations. The Palais is alive with music, dancing and most of all movies! The red carpet signifies the exclusivity of the event, yet civilians are brushing shoulders with celebrities as they stroll down the promenade which reminds us that it is all happening on our doorstep!
