Following on last week’s theme of yachts that hold a special place in our heart this year, our final super yacht of the week for 2014 is BLUSH. We’ve been watching BLUSH’s movements since she was revealed earlier this year, a rumoured £25 million new-build from Formula 1 mogul Eddie Jordan. The 47-metre yacht is Sunseeker’s flagship creation and the largest yacht ever built at the British based shipyard. Following her reveal the yachting industry awaited her launch with baited breath, and we were not disappointed!
With the Holiday season well and truly upon us and Christmas fast approaching the Boatbookings team are looking back on what has been a truly fantastic year of yachting, both in charter and the mind-blowing developments and new levels of incredible set by some awe-inspiring creations. This week’s super yacht of the week is the newly re-fitted, light and bright IZAR creation: GLORIA TERESA.
At Boatbookings we’re huge fans of Nobiskrug yachts, as you’ll see from our previous post on the beautiful MOGAMBO we love their sporty lines, the stand-out grey hulls and the huge amount of light that floods their interiors. A winner for us this week is SIREN, a favourite of Brokers Allison and Ben at this year’s Antigua Yacht Show. Ben said that SIREN was “streets ahead of the competition,” and we can really see why.
James Bond fever has hit the Boatbookings office this week with the exciting announcement of Spectre and the even more exciting Aston Martin DB10 set to accompany Daniel Craig in the latest addition to the thrilling movies. On this theme our super yacht of the week is a yacht not only fit to run alongside the DB10 but also perfect for housing the most menacing of Bond villains.
