Charter Terms:
The charter fee includes the hire and insurance of the yacht, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses incurred by the charterer, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports equipment, all running costs, harbor fees, all food, soft and alcoholic drinks, communication costs, repositioning, and local taxes, are additional.

A standard APA allowance calculated at 35% of the charter fee and 10-15% VAT (depending on the cruising area) is required. A 14% VAT (of the charter fee) is due for Bahamas charters, and a security deposit may be requested for corporate charters.
