About the yacht
Hanse lives by their motto `Breaking rules and setting trends` which the Hanse 418 certainly lives up to. The large hull windows allows for impressive views across the water. The saloon boasts large skylights allowing natural light to flood the main living area. Hanse were the first shipbuilders to introduce a self tacking jib as a standard feature across the Hanse range, this enables the yacht to be handled by a smaller crew - perfect for families and couples. Adding to its ingenious designing, Hanse have spent a considerable amount of time on their rudders and how they perform with prop wash. Direct prop wash over the rudder allows flawless manoeuvring - especially when mooring.
