Charter Terms
A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the charter fee is due upon the signing of the yacht charter agreement (contract). The final payment is due forty-five (45) days prior to the commencement of the charter. Skippers will be required to provide an acceptable sailing resume that demonstrates the ability to captain this type of boat.
