What a thrill to spend a week on Island Hoppin! We had a great time diving, snorkelling, sailing, bar hopping and exploring. But most of all we have enjoyed being together as friends on this boat. You both facilitated a great vacation for all of us. You make a great team. We knew that we were in good hands and that allowed us all to relax and frolic like kids. Patti, we cannot say enough about how good your meals were! Every dish, platter and assortment was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. We are all very spoiled now. And I will definitely be trying to recreate some of the magic that you created. You both make it look fun and easy, but we all know the amount of work it takes behind the scenes!
