Chef Hannah put herself through culinary training to obtain her Diploma in Patisserie and Culinary Arts. She worked at some of Cape Town's premier restaurants and wine estates while studying.

Hannah is also a talented photographer and her positive outlook on life and strong work ethic make her a great asset on any boat. Caribbean Inclusive Charter Terms:
The charter fee includes the services of a captain and crew, meals, standard ship’s bar, fuel, cruising taxes, permits, and all expenses related to running the vessel, and use of onboard sports equipment. The charter fee does not include (optional) crew gratuities, premium beverages and fine wines, excessive alcoholic consumption, off-yacht excursions, dockage, telephone, airport transfers, or similar expenses incurred by the Charterer.

Taxes, re-location fees, cruising permits, and licenses may be extra.
