MYBA Charter Terms:
The Charter Fee includes the yacht's hire and insurance, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports, equipment, all running costs, harbor fees, all food, soft and alcoholic drinks, communication costs, and local taxes, are additional.

The following will be added to the weekly charter fee: your expenses (or APA allowance such as fuel, dockage, food, drink, and all other expenses) are generally calculated at 25-30% of the charter fee. VAT is also due alongside gratuities (10-20% of the Charter Fee left to the discretion of the Charterer).

We were very happy with Pacha. The layout was perfect for us. Captain Milan picked a nice itinerary for us. He found as series of nice, sheltered ports and bays for us to overnight in where the wind and wave action was minimal — which was great. The food was really excellent and very well suited to our taste. And we really enjoyed the server Kate. Captain Milan is very able technically and quite cautious as a sailor. He takes a great personal pride in Pacha and maintains very hight standards in every regard. He seemed to have very good relationships with the harbor hands in every port, and was careful to make sure in advance that we’d have an appropriate berth. The staterooms were very comfortable — traditional, not modern, in styling but very serviceable. We had no issues with any of the services — electricity, air conditioning, water, etc. — and all of the water “toys” worked great. We ended up spending a lot of time lounging around the back of the boat, reading a lot and swimming occasionally. The sun shades in back were key factors in allowing us to do that without getting overexposed to the sun.
