Chef John's expertise is exquisite, from living off the land in Texas with his family raising chicken and tending to a garden of fruit and vegetables, John then worked in Italian and French restaurants, moved to Puerto Rico and learned brasserie style cooking and then onto NYC and back to NC where he made the jump to yachting. For US charters the price includes: Yacht, crew, fuel, port and anchorage fees, tourist taxes and VAT. Expenses such as food, drinks and national park fees will be charged on top, typically in a prepaid advanced provisioning allowance (APA). For Bahamas charters the APA is 35%.
