Charter Terms:
The charter fee includes the hire and insurance of the yacht, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses incurred by the charterer, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports equipment, all running costs, harbor fees, all food, soft and alcoholic drinks, communication costs, repositioning, and local taxes, are additional.

Thus, an additional APA allowance calculated at 35% of the charter fee is required. VAT is also due depending on the charter area, however, a 14% VAT (of the charter fee) is due for Bahamas charters. A customary crew gratuity is also extra, usually at 15-20% (of the charter fee) to be given at the charterer's discretion. A security deposit may be requested for corporate charters.
