Chartered the 4.8 in the Ionian Island in August 2023. It was the perfect vessel for our party of 4 couples. The common areas were spacious and comfortable. The rear main area wall recesses up into the ceiling, allowing for a more expanded open experience. The captain and hostess (a married couple) were fabulous and really added to the overall extremely pleasant time spent. We all enjoyed every aspect of this experience. Our trip was wonderful. Such a beautiful place and Indi was the perfect captain. He was so great at keeping everyone entertained but had a good balance of letting us hang as a family as well. We have been on a few boats and he really was the best captain we have had. It really was a wonderful trip. We had a blast and felt safe. Alex and Jacob, this week was such a wonderful time in our lives. We loved everything about this week. The food was phenomenal each and every day. Jacob let us ask so many questions and answered as he got us to all of our destinations. All of the places were so interesting, fun and lovely. We had a fantastic time with Captain Dave and his crew! The trip exceeded all of our expectations and the week was filled with fantastic food, amazing off-boat excursions and an amazing level of service. The yacht was perfect and the family was in complete suspense on where we were going – even on the plane ride over they had no idea where we were headed and did not know what we were doing until they stepped foot on the yacht! They were blown away - It was difficult for them to get off the yacht at the end of the week. The crew did a great job of keeping the family entertained and busy throughout the week – Captain and his staff provided 5-star service and catered to all of us with an amazing level of detail. The yacht was impeccable and made for an extremely comfortable and relaxing week! The food was perfect – great variety and served with perfect timing and satisfied everyone’s tastes – not an easy task! I just wanted to thank you Boatbookings for arranging such a great vacation – I will recommend this trip to anyone looking for an amazing experience. Arrival/departure and service all the way through were excellent from Conan and Julie, nothing was too much effort. The married couple dynamic works well, and we loved their little dog Sparky! The itinerary was great, and we had to adjust to a lot of bad weather. I think we had 3 days sun / 4 days of cloud or rain, but the absolute Gem of the holiday was Warderick Wells, which Conan timed for the best weather day. It was a real bucket list experience swimming with turtles/nurse sharks and running along the sandbanks in the turquoise waters. All in all, another excellent charter, despite challenging weather.
