We have just returned from our charter on Mr Corn. This beautiful yacht has one of the most passionate crews In the area. Patricio is a culinary artist. His standout dish has to be the lunchtime Paella! Alfredo was a fantastic DJ and ensured our cups were always full. The most amazing few days spent on Beyond! Jordi and his crew were super welcoming and interactive, accommodating all our wishes in a friendly, professional demeanour. We cannot speak highly enough about the food, a traditional Spanish paella dish was a highlight for all of us! Skipping through the water at 40 knots on our way to Formentera is a memory that will stay with me for a long time! Beyond really was the perfect combination of style, speed and comfort for our summer vacation. Words cannot express to you how much your care and service meant to us. Every aspect of our week exceeded our expectations. The sailboat trip was wonderful. The crew did a great job of keeping everyone happy and very helpful to everyone when it was needed. Lorenzo was a great chef and captain. Very competent at both. He fed us well. Lots of pictures taken of his food by everyone. His presentations were beautiful. Dinner in Ischia was very good. Ischia was a highlight. Also, we loved Sant’ Angelo. Very cool little marina and town. Amalfi and Ravello were highlights. We loved both of those places. Capri was beautiful but we did not get to see much of it. Captain Lorenzo did a great job of finding us places to dock in the Marinas as a few people were having problems with the motion. Merry and I were fine either way. The only disappointments we had were we never sailed or even see the boat with the sails up. That would have been nice to do a time or two. And I was disappointed we did not get to see the Blue Grotto in Capri. We went by it and it was closed. It seemed like we could have made more effort to get to it when it was open. All in all though, it was a great trip and lots of fun. It was the nicest boat we have been on and this was our fourth sailboat trip. I would tell people though that the fifth cabin is not very inhabitable and going with 4 couples is probably much better for everyone. Thanks for all your help Boatbookings as well. Another fabulous trip! Yes, we are home and happy as can be. The crew was over the top and the chef more than made up for the last trip . Every meal was not only presented beautifully but tasted sublime. In fact, we made an album for just the food. ???? Chase boat Captain Savvas took the guys out fishing and they had a great time. Every single detail that we could ever want was taken care of. Adonis and his crew basically served as our bodyguards anytime we stepped off our boat and we had such a great time with them.
