We really enjoyed the charter. The BVIs were a very different experience than the Exumas. We have been debating which we liked better because both were great. We loved the privacy and peaceful feeling of the Exumas but also enjoyed the lively islands of the BVIs. We will have to think long and hard about where we will want to go next time around. The crew was great! Captain Tyrone, Chef Cris, and Fun Director; Luan were all awesome. They made us feel at home and catered to anything and everything we could ask for. The Maverick is a beautiful boat and accommodated our group of 9 perfectly. I think our favorite day might have been the day on Jost Van Dyke. Hanging out at the Soggy Dollar all day, then Foxy-s at night, was very memorable. Thanks Boatbookings for helping us make this trip happen. We are well and had a fantastic charter. The boat was more than we expected, cabins were nicely outfitted and very comfortable. The crew,Capt Brian and Shannon were perfect. Both with lots of suggestions re: locations to snorkel, restaurants or bars on the islands and different hikes to explore. And the meals on board were excellent. Our family had the trip of a lifetime on Sip Sip this past June. We arrived by dingy to rum punches on the stern, served with a smile by Lida. Our luggage was immediately whisked away. Captain Chris took us all on a tour of the boat. The boat has a sleek and modern vibe that makes it feel like a floating, spa oasis. We slept in a queen cabin and it was the most comfortable charter bed I’ve ever slept on. The bathrooms are enormous and there is plenty of storage for a week-s worth of clothes and necessities. Our son slept in the bunk room with a friend and it was perfect for them. Lida served up a gourmet breakfast every morning and incredible dinners each evening. Most of our lunches were spent at beach restaurants on the different islands. We had some complicated food requests on this trip and Leda made sure that my husband had the correct food for each meal and made them delicious. Chris and Lida are expert sailors, hosts and staff (staff wrong word?). They made the vacation by offering suggestions as to locations to stop and explore and providing us with the space we needed to relax when under sail. The boat itself has many areas to spread out and read, sunbathe, or even work ( if you have to!). The highlight for the parents and the kids were the “toys” on board. Each day we would find a place to snorkel, SeaBob, hydrofoil, paddle board and dingy. We know from experience that some yacht charters charge extra for these perks but they are included on Sip Sip which is fantastic. The BVI’s are the best family vacation destination and when you explore it on Sip Sip you’re going to make memories for a lifetime! -- Read more --

The trip was fantastic. Vanessa was a spectacular host, and her cooking was amazing and cooked from the heart. Everyone is still talking about her cooking and how great it was. She’s really a sweet, good person who cares about her guests. Mate Natalie was amazing and super attentive, making sure we all had drinks in our hands at all times. She was really great. Captain Sheldon was very experienced and knowledgeable. The boats is spacious, and the cabins are great for 4 couples, and everything worked fine. We had the most amazing holiday. Caitlin and Jeff were prefect hosts. The food was amazing, the boat was beautiful and the itinerary was perfect for our group. Caitlin organised flowers for my cabin too which was a nice touch. She also made me birthday breakfast with candles and a cake. It worked really well doing half board as it makes you get out and about more so you experience the islands more. We had great weather too.
