Day 1 – Dubrovnik
Day 1 of your Croatia yacht charter begins in the historic and timeless city of Dubrovnik. Take the time to wander around its narrow streets and picturesque harbor, watching the world go by from the cafes or absorb the fascinating history from within the ancient walls.
Many wouldn't believe that Dubrovnik has been lovingly reconstructed following the destruction during the war in 1991 and 1992 when 68% of the buildings were damaged. Today, she is back in her prime for you to enjoy on your charter.
Enjoy dinner on board as the sun sets or in one of the many great Dubrovnik restaurants. Do you want to finish in Dubrovnik too? Here's our Dubrovnik Yacht Charter Itinerary!

Day 2 – Pomena on the island of Mljet
The second day of your charter will bring you to the beautifully rugged Dalmatian island of Mljet - one of Croatia's top sights, and a hidden haven for anyone looking to get away from it all. No wonder it feels like a secret paradise with very few residents and a pristine national park that covers half of the island in luscious pine trees.
A good sail to the north of the island of Mljet brings you to the small town of Pomena. From here it is a walk or boat ride to the two lakes Malo Jezero and Veliko Jezero. These lakes are connected together by a channel. You can wander along the lakes on meandering paths shaded by pine trees, ride a bicycle through the magnificent park, rent a kayak to paddle the lakes, or simply swim in the gloriously clear blue water.
In the middle of Veliko Jezero is an islet with a Benedictine Monastery. It was originally built in the 12th century but has been rebuilt several times since. It's now a restaurant, accessible by yacht. These lakes and the monastery are a highlight of Croatia and are a favorite with everyone who visits them.
Day 3 – Luka Velji Lago on the Island of Lastovo
Having only recently been opened to foreign yachts, the island of Lastovo remains for the most part unspoiled by development. The island is noted for its stunning 15th and 16th-century architecture such as the Renaissance churches built in the Roman Catholic tradition. If you are chartering in the summer, be sure to head to its famous Carnival and series of music festivals! There are several secluded anchorages where quiet shelter can be found for the night.
Day 4 – Vis
On the fourth day of your charter, you may find that Vis is Croatia's quieter version of Capri before hordes of tourists descended upon it! Despite its Mediterranean beauty, bountiful olive groves and vines, ancient ruins, and secluded beaches, Vis still has virtually no tourists!
This remote Croatian island is the westernmost of the larger Dalmatian islands, two and a half hours by boat from Split. Vis town is on the southern slopes of Gradina Hill, situated in the quiet bay of Luka. Again it has only been open to yachts since 1989 and is therefore relatively unspoiled. We would highly recommend sampling its local wines, Vugava and Plavac from the local grapes grown on the island.
Day 5 – Hvar
After a great sail across Lastouski Kanal you will arrive at the island of Hvar and the main town of the same name. This is a beautiful town with a wide-open central plaza, a magnificent clock tower at one end, and a small fishing harbor at the other. The town has some excellent jewelry shops. Hvar island is famous for lavender - a walk to the lavender fields is well worthwhile.
Day 6 – Trogir
Day 7 – Departure from Split
Time for any last-minute shopping and goodbyes before the short 10-minute journey to Split airport.
